Socreates is an app that helps individuals hack their perspectives on life and get them out of their headspace into their heartspace. A special app available for Android and iOS users, it required our attention in building an online social media presence and in ultimately increasing app downloads through paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Our team ensured that the digital campaigns were carried all the way through the line from initial awareness to a download decision. From graphic designs and content creation to retargeting ads and app download ads in a transition period with the latest iOS updates, we managed to raise awareness and have tens of users download the app on their mobile phones as well as make purchases on the app. We studied users’ app experience and we delivered a social media management plan based on their responses during the entire app experience so we could reflect that on the social media posts and content.
